Every creature that the teeny weeny tadpole meets seems to be able to jump, except him. Then he meets the big bad fish, who can't jump- but he can swim very, very fast, and he eats little tadpoles...

" Oh, suatu saat pasti kamu bisa, kecebong." kata ibu katak
" Kamu pasti bisa. sekarang kecipak-kecipuk saja!"

Tampaknya setiap binatang yang di temui kecebong kecil mungil bisa lompat, kecuali dia. Lalu dia bertemu ikan besar yang jahat yang tidak bisa lompat tapi bisa berenang sangat cepat dan dia makan kecebong kecil...Apa yang akan dilakukan kecebong?
